Before heading out, we decided to cook lunch ourselves. A quick trip to the local supermarket yielded fresh ingredients, and we soon whipped up a simple yet delicious tortellini dish, which hit the spot after our travels. With lunch behind us, we made our way to the beach. Baška Voda’s coastline, with its fine pebbles and crystal-clear turquoise waters, felt even more peaceful without the usual high-season buzz...
Strolling along the promenade, we treated ourselves to some ice cream - cold, sweet, and the perfect complement to the warm afternoon sun...
Though there were a few beachgoers around, we found plenty of quiet spots to swim and soak up the tranquil atmosphere of this seaside retreat...
The rest of the day was spent in pure relaxation mode, unwinding by the water and taking in the contrast between the laid-back beach life and the majestic Biokovo Mountains towering behind...
For the next day, we had a more adventurous plan: hiking in the mountains. Baška Voda is not just about its beautiful beaches; it also offers access to the rugged beauty of the Biokovo Nature Park.
